Rules for Prizes: collect tokens by playing a game (look for purple & gold banners with the pawn symbol)
3 tokens: exchange for a press-on tattoo at the Games Magistrate’s tent
4 or more tokens: exchange for a random trading card at the Games Magistrate’s tent
