2023 Recap - Queen Charlotte's Birthday

The 26th Annual Royal Medieval Faire celebrated Queen Charlotte's birthday! Alas, since he spent all his time planning grand festivities for the event, King Bertram did not have time to buy his Queen a gift! Luckily thanks to King Davius of Dearth and the Queen's Fae relatives a grand tournament was held to find the best gift for the Queen. In the end it was the kindness and thoughtfulness the King showed in preparing this special day that was the greatest gift of all, and everyone enjoyed a final dance at the Ceili.

Mearth was also able to donate over 500 pounds of food to the neighbouring KW Food Bank thanks to the kind donations by patrons!

2024 Plot - Mearthian Autumn Festival

For the 27th Annual Royal Medieval Faire King Bertram & Queen Charlotte invite you to attend The Mearthian Autumn Festival! Join us in Waterloo Park alongside musical performances, shopping, delicious food and of course a tournament to celebrate the changing of the season! King Bertram has invited guests from the Great Library of Mearth and friends from his short-stint as Pirate King to attend, and good thing too as he will need their help - and yours!

It appears the ceremonial object, The T.H.I.N.G., needed to close the festivities has gone missing and doom will surely befall Mearth if it is not found!

Mearth will once again be collecting non-perishable food donations (alongside your entry fee) this year to support the KW Food Bank. Look for the donation boxes at the gates!

Support Food Bank

In honour of the Queen's Birthday and celebration of 26 magical years, The Royal Medieval Faire is partnering with The Food Bank of Waterloo Region.

Please bring any non-perishable food to the entry gate if you feel called. The Queen's royal subjects will collect these items to support the Foodbank.

Food donations support the more than 40,500 people in our community who struggle to afford to put food on the table. Right now, we’re in desperate need of the following non-perishable.

Foods: Canned fruit and vegetables, Canned meat and fish, Dry beans, Hot and dry cereals, Individually wrapped snacks (apple sauce, fruit cups, granola bars, juice boxes and pudding cups), Pasta, Peanut butter, Rice and tomato sauce

Cash donations will NOT be collected on the date. However, financial contributions are appreciated and can be processed here
